An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Develop new training programs and curriculums based on L&D Strategy & business requirements.
  • Update training curriculum and learning materials regularly.
  • Assist training manager to develop quarterly and annual training plans.
  • Conduct field visits to evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
  • Deliver effective and interactive training programs using various learning methods (virtual, face-to-face, and LMS).
  • Prepare quiz and exam paper for training programs.
  • Prepare attendance, survey, and collect training related data.
  • Review and evaluate the training program effectiveness and report on it to Training Manager with comments, suggestion, and plan of action.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual training reports.
  • Travel to branches and deliver or facilitate training programs.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any graduate preferably in HR related field.
  • Minimum (3) years of microfinance experience and preferable 1 year of experience in training and talent development.
  • Good communication and effective presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge in curriculum development, teaching methods and Learning management systems.
  • Must be well experienced in designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office; Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to travel if required.
