A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops, and learning materials based on organizational needs and objectives.
  • Support the coordination of training schedules  and resources to ensure the smooth execution of training activities.
  • Provide administrative support for training activities, including managing training materials, participant registrations, and training evaluation processes.
  • Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Assist in the facilitation of training sessions, workshops, and presentations, as needed, to ensure effective learning experiences.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in training and development, contributing to the continuous improvement of training practices.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • University level education. 
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry or sale experience in the mobile phone industry. 
  • Strong understanding of mobile phone technology and features.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt training content for various learning styles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
