L&D Lead (Assistant Vice President)

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies to meet organizational needs.

  • Assess training requirements across departments through skills gap analysis and performance evaluations.

  • Design engaging instructional materials, workshops, and learning programs tailored to various employee levels.

  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, both in-person and through digital platforms.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and measure ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

  • Coach and mentor employees to support their career development and growth.

  • Partner with leadership and department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals.

  • Manage L&D projects, budgets, and vendor relationships effectively.

  • Foster a learning culture that promotes knowledge sharing, innovation, and collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven 6 years of experience in Training & Development or Learning Management, preferably in a similar role in Banking Industry.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and assess training effectiveness.

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with learning technologies and modern instructional design methods is a plus.
