- Preparation of Power Points presentation & training equipment set up
- Provide functional & Behavior skills training
- Modified/ revised training modules for improvement.
- Developing pre-test & post-test questions for related training modules as necessary
- Develops and updates training modules for each program
- Training improvement to the required standard
- Evaluates the training materials, updates and improves all training materials, aids and facilities as per new requirement
- Review Trainees' activities of pre-test and post-test.
- Correction of Post Test
- Prepares and submits required reports and feedback to supervisor
- Perform duties assigned by Supervisor, Department Head

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- MBA or Any Graduate (Diploma in Business Management)
- At least 1 year Experience in related field
- English 4 skill
- Proficient in MS office Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good Communication and interpersonal skill
- Can work under pressure and with team
- Negotiation and persuasion
