Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet SME business objectives through negotiations with various business/ product.
  • Retain and expand existing customer relationships to increase regional and business line market share and profitability
  • Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned SMEs in the region for growth in business.
  • Implement a focused relationship management system, which increase the bank ability to increase the flow of business and generate deposits, lending and revenues from existing and new customers in line with the enterprise strategy.
  • Origination & sourcing SME business to offer fund base and non- fund- based product.
  • Servicing the requirements of existing clients and maintaining relationships with them for further business penetration and cross selling.
  • To maintain continuous customer engagement with all customer and bank & proactively resolve customer issues/ queries.
  • Cross selling of treasury and other commercial banking product.
  • Advice SME loans clients on funding requirement, syndicated loans and offer structured products.
  • Manage a team and is able to lead a team of SME sales staff.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA degree holder is preferable!)
  • Have at least 5 years of working experiences in running the SME sales.
  • Have experience in credit administration and documentation
  • Good understanding of the different corporate sectors and scenario in each sector for fund arrangement form domestic and international banks through different instruments including long term loans, structured finance etc.
  • Good client relationship building skills, analytical skills, research skills ,project management skills and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and have a solid mindset to meet timeline
  • A creative thinker, outgoing and mature personality
  • Good in English skill and Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Myanmar Nationality Only
