- 5 years and above in related field- Evaluates the performance of staff within direct supervision and recommends performance improvement procedures as necessary- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships-Experience with International shipping processes, forms, and best practices- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
