Job Description
•    Overall responsible for managing the warehouse operations.
•    Supervise and manage warehouse staff and warehouse process.
•    Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate.
•    To manage overall spare parts operations e.g. warehouse/ logistics management and costing management.
•    Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.
•    Good Communication with client and logistic transportation agency to ensure efficient delivery of products.
•    Managed day to operation activities.
•    Maintain accuracy of data entry for all warehouse management and information systems for all stock transactions.
•    Manage warehouse operation team to make sure customer’s products are properly handled, stored and handling with damage free.
•    KPIs in to corrective and preventive actions to improve the whole warehouse operation.
•    Direct and supervise staff in accordance with company policies and operational procedures. 
•    Coordinate and respond to management and customer in any operation issues on a timely basis.
•    Maintain and follow rules, regulations of company, health safety security and environmental rules. 
•    Other duties as assigned by the Management.
 

Job Requirement
•    Any degree holder.
•    Must have 8 years of working experience in related fields.
•    Age between 27 to 40 years old.
•    Must be Computer Literacy. (Word, Excel, Internet, Email).
•    Negotiation Skills, Problem Solving Skills, influencing Skills, Decision Making Skills and engagement skills.
•    Be active and clear communication with others.
•    Can travel if necessary.
