A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Ensures a smooth cooperation between the Warehouse Coordinator and the Logistics Coordinator.
  • Conducts weekly meetings with the Warehouse Coordinator and the Logistics Coordinator to attend to their concerns and ensure they are meeting their targets.
  • Ensures that all stock counts are accurate and well conducted.
  • Prepares and submits a weekly Logistics Report to the Procurement & Logistics Manager
  • Ensures that enough quantities of spares for the Managed Services section are available all the time.
  • Sends monthly issuance data to the accounts section.
  • In addition to any additional tasks requested by management as long as it is deemed reasonable and does not jeopardize the safety and security of the employee.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Bachelor Degree and Diploma in logistics or Purchasing & Supply
  • 2-4 years of relative work experience
  • English language proficiency is a must and Microsoft Excel experience is a plus
  • Manage receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom. Receive, unload, and shelve supplies. Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labeling supplies etc.
  • Able to work under pressure and support 24/7.
