- Managing and executing departmental budgets.- Maintaining receiving, warehousing and processing of incoming stock and materials- Controlling daily grain stocks, including measuring moisture- Preparing daily report for grain, rice in silo and warehouse management - Manage the warehouse and storage of all materials.- Coming up with effective strategies to enhance the organization's financial health.- Evaluating the performance of the assigned employees, delivering positive and or negative feedback and addressing any shortcomings.- Developing strategies to improve department metrics and performance.

-Gender: Male.-Marital Status: More prefer Single.-Language: Fluent in English.-Education: Any Graduate-Experience: Must have 5~6 year experiences in the same field.-Skillful in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)-Must have Problem-solving abilities, Leadership capabilities, Teamwork skills, Safety and Security awareness, Organizational skills.
