Supervising Warehouse Staff and daily activities.
Mataining data record and other relevant important document matained
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
Checking orders,items received,inventory and deliveries for accuracy.
The relevant department must be notified in advance before the item is out of stock.
Check whether the basic stock list and product list are consistent.
Weekly basis material balance report / regular order delivery report / material issue report damage report should be prepared and sent to the superior officer.
Monthly ground check and update list for warehouse stock
Must be able to understand and manage (First in first out) well.
