  1. Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics
  2. Supervise and direct warehouse staff; put worker safety as a top priority
  3. Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products
  4. Confirm proper and timely delivery of products
  5. Perform various inventory counts; order supplies and goods as needed
  6. Supervise all forklift operations
  7. Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring storage utilization, Labor utilization.
  8. Assist in the hiring and training process of new warehouse staff
  9. Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of products
  10. Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks
  11. Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
  12. Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
  13. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
  14. Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
  15. Able to proceed through company rules and regulations.
  16. Must be prepares daily, weekly, monthly, reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for Department Manager.
  17. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  1. Any Graduated
  2. A minimum of 3 year's experience in a Warehouse Supervisor
  3. Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
  4. Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Suite and data entry systems
  5. Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  7. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  8. Strong leadership and negotiation skills
