Lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, in full, and delivered on time according to agreed service levels. Oversee order processing activities, including order entry, FOC, pricing, discounts, allocation, and order release, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage product availability and inventory allocation to optimize order fulfillment and customer service performance. Ensure all order transactions are processed accurately and completed in the System. Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to resolve order fulfillment and delivery issues promptly. Lead the management of product returns, withdrawals, and customer claims in accordance with company guidelines. Review and communicate daily order priorities, including next-day delivery requirements, to ensure timely execution. Monitor and manage abnormal orders, order exceptions, and system-related issues to minimize service disruptions. Provide timely order status updates and delivery Service performance reports to Management teams. Lead special order management activities, including product transitions, promotion, quota management, batch allocation, and other business initiatives. Supervise and support team members to ensure high performance and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Establish and maintain standard costing models for all energy drink SKUs (PET bottles, aluminum cans, multi-packs). Own and audit Bills of Materials (BOM) and production routings—including active ingredients (taurine, caffeine, vitamins), sweeteners, flavoring compounds, CO2, packaging materials (cans, lids, sleeves, cartons), and direct labor/overhead absorption. Evaluate financial impacts of reformulations, line speed adjustments, or alternative raw material sourcing. Perform monthly Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) and manufacturing variance analyses (Material Usage Variance, Purchase Price Variance, Line Scrap/Yield Losses, and Overhead Absorption). Partner with Plant Operations and Engineering to investigate syrup loss, liquid spillage, canning line waste, and utility consumption discrepancies. Lead monthly stock-takes and cycle counts across raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP syrup/concentrate), finished goods, and 3PL warehouses; perform root-cause analysis on inventory shrink. Calculate SKU-level gross margins to support commercial pricing decisions, promotions, and export/regional trade strategies. Track raw material import costs, custom duties, logistics freight, and foreign exchange fluctuations impacting ingredient procurement in Myanmar. Drive yield improvement and waste reduction initiatives alongside quality control and production teams. Own the month-end closing process for COGS, inventory valuation, WIP accounts, and manufacturing accruals. Prepare plant cost performance dashboards and operational reports for the Head of Finance and Head of Finance - Supply Chain. Ensure strict internal controls over factory inventory movements and compliance with IFRS / local statutory requirements.
