Sales & Revenue Drive and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Improve conversion rates (from lead to client) 3. Operations Management Oversee daily operations of immigration consulting services Monitor daily sales performance and pipeline status Maintain quality control to minimize errors and rejections 4. Client Relationship Management Maintain high client satisfaction and service quality Handle difficult clients and escalated complaints directly Maintain client trust and protect company reputation Build long-term relationships with partners and clients 5. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all services comply with immigration laws and regulations Identify risky or fraudulent cases Maintain updated knowledge of visa policies (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.) Manage risks related to documentation and legal requirements 6. The Document Consultant Executive will be responsible for consulting clients with the required document to be comply with Immigration Law , requirements for designated country, organizing, managing, and maintaining all documentation related to client immigration process and internal records. This includes overseeing the consulting client on the document requirements, handling, and retrieval of documents to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with Immigration regulatory standards. The role requires attention to detail, a high level of organization, and familiarity with digital document management systems. Key Responsibilities: Document Management and Organization Receive, classify, and maintain all incoming and outgoing client information and documents related to Immigration & Visa application requirements. Ensure documents are labeled and kept appropriately in physical and digital formats. Update document tracking systems to ensure all client case files are complete and accessible. Compliance and Confidentiality Ensure that all documentation complies with regulatory requirements with Immigrations Law and requirement of individual country. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information and handle it securely. Process Improvement Develop and implement efficient document consultation and control processes and workflows for Immigration and Migration Visa application. Identify areas for improvement in document management practices and recommend changes. Perform consultation and guide the clients with the required document and quality checks to ensure documents are accurate, current, and organized. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with clients, immigration consultants, case managers, other departments and vendors to ensure smooth documentation processes. Train team members on document consultation and control procedures and best practices. Act as a point of contact for document-related inquiries. System and Technology Management Utilize document management systems (DMS) to manage electronic records. Ensure all team members are trained on document control software and tools. Troubleshoot any issues with the document control systems and coordinate with IT support as needed.
