An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and qualified lead generation, including managing online advertising platforms such as Meta Ads.
Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels, ensuring consistent and professional brand communication.
Create engaging digital content, including social media posts, short-form videos, reels, stories, and promotional materials, and maintain a consistent content calendar.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, including reach, engagement, leads, and campaign effectiveness, and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify new marketing opportunities and improve campaign strategies.
Develop digital marketing content and campaigns to promote the company’s immigration and visa services to target customers.
Generate qualified lead lists and coordinate with the Sales Team to support lead conversion and business growth.
Support digital marketing initiatives targeting the Chinese market in Myanmar and other potential customer segments.
Work closely with the Sales, Consulting, Business Development, and other relevant departments to plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, promotions, photoshoots, and video production.
Coordinate with the BD Manager to organize and support business development events and marketing activities.
Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing tools, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve marketing performance.

Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communications
Written communication skills in both Myanmar, English and Chinese.
Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation, or a related field is preferable.
Good understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media trends, and online advertising platforms.
1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Experience in creating social media content and short-form videos.
Chinese language ability is an advantage, especially for marketing activities targeting the Chinese market.
