Supervise and manage the overall operations of the Accounting Department to ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial activities. Assign duties to accounting staff, provide guidance, establish accounting procedures, and implement reporting formats and guidelines. Review and verify accounting records prepared by Account Executives and ensure the accuracy of financial reports. Prepare and present financial reports to Management and BODs (Board of Directors) for discussion and decision-making. Authorize and verify daily cash transactions, including Cash In/Out and Bank In/Out records. Monitor departmental expenses and compare actual spending with budget forecasts. Prepare and maintain Japan-related Cash In/Out Statements and related financial records. Submit consolidated branch income and bank reports to BODs on the 1st day of every month. Prepare Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheet Reports accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial procedures. Support financial planning, budgeting, and internal control processes
