Manage and maintain minimum / maximum stock levels for spare parts Monitor and control incoming and outgoing goods Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transporters Handle Import / Export processes and related documentation Maintain and update Spare Parts Tracking System Update SOP and prepare documents for Audit purposes Handle urgent logistics requirements in a timely manner Prepare logistics plans to ensure smooth operations Submit Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly reports to HOD / BOD Ensure SOP compliance and audit documentation readiness
Manage daily project and maintenance operations Assign and monitor manpower for daily maintenance activities Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks Check and control daily maintenance and project expenses Ensure site safety plans are properly followed Supervise contractors and labor to maintain work quality Prepare and submit daily reports to upper management Monitor stock lists and support material purchasing and delivery Coordinate with project team and related departments Prepare and maintain necessary documents for operations
• Lead and manage multi-site construction projects including civil, architectural, electrical, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works • Plan, coordinate, and control project activities from initiation to completion • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful project delivery • Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors • Review and approve project plans, work schedules, shop drawings, and method statements • Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality control standards are met • Ensure full compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards • Manage project budgets, cost control, variations, and contractor payment certifications • Prepare and present project reports, cost analyses, progress updates, and management reports • Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to site teams • Oversee testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out documentation
