Oversee and manage the overall operations of the Technician Department, including Logistics, Warehouse, and Service Center functions.

Lead, supervise, and guide departmental teams, ensuring proper delegation of responsibilities, effective team coordination, and continuous improvement in overall departmental performance.

Develop departmental strategies, operational plans, targets, and KPIs in alignment with organizational goals.

Plan and monitor preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and machine dispatch activities to minimize operational downtime.

Supervise warehouse inventory, stock control, equipment handling, and ERP Software operations.

Manage departmental budgets, cost control, manpower planning, and resource allocation.

Review departmental performance, KPI results, and operational reports, and report regularly to Management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and continuously improve operational efficienc

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates with degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, or Management will be preferred.

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Technical Engineering, Logistics, Warehouse, or Operations Management, including managerial experience.

Proven experience in managing multiple operational functions, particularly Technician, Warehouse, and Logistics operations.

Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.

Practical experience in ERP Software, inventory management, and stock control.

Good knowledge of budget management, cost control, manpower planning, and KPI management.

Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to prepare and present management reports.
