Manage daily sales and marketing operations, including branding activities, sales growth initiatives, and customer satisfaction. Lead, supervise, and monitor Sales & Marketing team performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved. Develop and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts, and expenditure plans. Conduct market research and analysis, providing insights and sales forecasts for management decision-making. Monitor competitor products, pricing, and marketing activities within the region. Identify new marketing opportunities, market trends, and customer requirements to support business growth. Develop and expand distribution channels by identifying and managing suitable distribution partners. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Promote company products and services to meet client needs and foster long-term customer relationships. Plan and execute sales and marketing programs for existing and new customers in collaboration with the PR team. Provide sales training and coaching to branch staff when required.

Must have strong knowledge and understanding of Procurement and Logistics operational processes. Must be familiar with MACCS System, Tradenet, and import/export license processes. Candidates with a procurement background, strong supplier relationship management skills, and the ability to handle both local and overseas purchasing processes will be given priority. ‎

Assist in exploring and identifying new geographic regions or customer segments suitable for product and market development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Assist and support customer relationship management activities by maintaining updated customer databases and tracking engagement initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports on brand performance, customer engagement rates, and CRM-related statistics across the sales and marketing teams.
