Data Management & Analysis

• Manage master data including creation, updates
• Ensure the quality and consistency of imported data in collaboration with quality assurance analysts.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
• Support the development of data-driven reports and analyses.
• Design and manage the reporting environment, including data sources and data security.

Marketing Planning & Execution

• Plan and coordinate showroom activities, customer meetups, and showroom tour arrangements to enhance brand engagement, customer acquisition, and drive showroom traffic.
• Analyze the marketing environment comprehensively, including competitor analysis, customer behavior, industry trends, and market development status.
• Plan and execute innovative engagement programs that enhance brand visibility, attract public interest.
• Assist in exploring and identifying new geographic regions or customer segments suitable for product and market development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Assist and support customer relationship management activities by maintaining updated customer databases and tracking engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular reports on brand performance, customer engagement rates, and CRM-related statistics across the sales and marketing teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum (1–2) years of experience in marketing, data analysis, or CRM-related roles (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of marketing strategies, customer behavior, and market research
• Familiar with CRM systems and data management tools (preferred)
