This position will be responsible for leading the selling of company products and services though people management. Main objective is to create sales opportunities and penetrating sales for potential and existing customers. Lead the team to meet sales objectives, improve productivity, increase revenues and maximize profitability within the given territory. Maintains regular contact and communication with his/her bank’s counterpart - the Head of Regional In-Charge (HRIC), Regional In-Charge (RIC), Branch Managers (BM) and other key bank officers and employees thereby promoting a close and trusting relationship with the bank partner at all times. Conducts regular meetings with Regional In-Charge (RIC) for business review and agrees on action plans. Motivates, trains and coach a team of Bancassurance Sales Managers (BSM), Associate Sales Managers (ASM), Bancassurance Sales Supervisors (BSS) and Financial Advisors (FA), whose major responsibility are managing sales of bancassurance product to Bank customers, to ensure that Key Result Areas (KRAs) are met or exceeded. Does monthly skills audit on BSM, ASM and BSSs and FAs under his/her charge Conducts regular review, closely monitors performance and agrees on action plans of assigned BSMs, ASMs and BSSs. Motivate, Train and Coach BSMs, ASMs, BSSs, and FAs as necessary to produce excellent results and suggest appropriate incentive programs. Ensures that Leads Management system is completed daily and reviews leads and activities and does regular review with FAs Projects activities and business results accurately for business planning Plans and recommends tactical programs and activities for his/her team and executes it effectively Create & conduct events for promotion product, Customer Gathering and bank staff events Assists Training Department in identifying the training needs of his/her territory and in conducting trainings as may be necessary.
