Head of Operations Reporting Line Reports directly to the Chairman Role Purpose To take full ownership of daily operations, ensure execution discipline, manage staff performance, and implement SOPs so that the Chairman is not required to intervene in routine operational matters. This role is execution-centric, not strategic. Job Description (JD) 1. Operational Ownership Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations across departments Ensure smooth execution of ongoing activities and projects Translate Chairman’s decisions into actionable tasks Resolve operational issues independently 2. Staff & Performance Management Supervise department staff and team leaders Assign tasks, monitor performance, and enforce discipline Handle routine staff issues, attendance, and productivity Escalate only serious or exceptional HR matters 3. SOP Implementation & Control Implement and enforce SOPs, policies, and internal controls Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements Ensure consistency and standardization in execution 4. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate between departments to avoid bottlenecks Conduct regular operational meetings Prepare simple operational reports for the Chairman Escalate risks (financial, legal, reputational) only 5. Authority & Limitations Authorized to: Make daily operational decisions Assign and prioritize staff work Enforce SOPs and internal rules Not authorized to: Decide company strategy Approve investments or equity matters Change organizational structure independently Override Chairman’s final authority Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Operational continuity and stability Reduction in issues escalated to Chairman Staff discipline and performance consistency SOP compliance level Timeliness of execution
