● Prepare and deliver effective General English lessons in accordance with the curriculum. ● Teach IELTS and ESP programs (including Business English). ● Teach Myanmar language classes. ● Teach in both face to face and online modes. ● Monitor, coach, and engage with self-study students using the online only materials. ● Ensure records are maintained accurately, are well organised and easily accessible. ● Placement testing. ● Participate in centre functions and activities. ● Other responsibilities as per policy.
● Identify and follow up on sales opportunities online , on site ( events ,education fairs and so on ) and off site according to strategic plan ● Identify and understand customers’ needs and provide solutions on how our services can address them . ● Process sales through to full payment. ● Provide ongoing support to customers with customer service department ● Respond to customer enquiries as needed. ● Record information as required and maintain accurate records. ● Ensure important information is transmitted to relevant staff and departments ● Strong awareness of working field and adapt to evolving market trends
Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Study Abroad programs. ✅ Create and manage engaging social media content (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). ✅ Design and produce promotional materials, advertisements, and event flyers. ✅ Plan, organize, and promote education fairs, info sessions, and marketing events. ✅ Conduct market research and analyze marketing performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, conversion, etc.). ✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. ✅ Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to marketing activities.
