Collaborate closely with the Agency Supervisor and Management to provide proactive and strategic support to the agency sales channel. Take a leading role in identifying, developing, and implementing sales opportunities and initiatives to drive agency productivity and growth. Contribute to building and strengthening an effective, high- performing Agency Distribution Channel. Work in partnership with the recruitment team to lead and support agent recruitment and manpower growth within the cluster. Mentor and guide junior team members and agency staff to foster development and knowledge sharing.
Lead a team of agency business development executives to support company agent sales and manpower growth. Work closely and to provide prompt and effective support to the agency sales channel. Assist in creation of sales opportunities, monitoring the sales activities,and be the intermediary to all agency support functions. Build an effective and productive Agency Distribution channel. Monitor agency sales through appropriate sales analyses and reports. Work closely with the recruitment team to support recruitment efforts within the cluster. Assist in agency manpower growth and agent recruitment.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Review general ledger accounts and ensure all entries are complete and accurate. Oversee the reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger. Review and check all of the payments to ensure accuracy and monitor accounts receivable and payable. Review claims transactions to ensure classification in the accounting system. Coordinate with other departments to maintain accurate accounting records and manage day-to-day transactions. Prepare annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Prepare accurate and timely internal financial reports for management review. Checking the monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting in line with regulatory guidelines and ensuring to submit the required reports within the deadline. Review tax computations and ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including Corporate Income Tax and Commercial Tax. Manage to support the required reports and documents for internal and external audit processes. Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory offices. Guide direct reports to the best practices of all tasks and assist in the ongoing improvement of the department. Ad hoc assigned by Management.
Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell commercial insurance to organizations and businesses (B2B). Responsible for identifying new accounts and comfortable with cold calls and sales presentations. To identify and cultivate potential leads within targeted industries, geographies, and client segments. Curate an organized and shared network of active and potential relationships. - Drive revenue and contribution to meeting divisional targets. Manage assigned accounts to maintain excellent client relationships and to up-sell new business solutions. Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc. Pre-qualifies and analyzes prospective business clients in the general insurance business. Responsible for existing client account review and renewal process, including client contact, remarketing, and proposals. Actively seeks referrals from current clients and utilizes internal databases to generate new business. Informs and educates clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions, and insurance needs. Prepares, completes, and submits applications including development of summaries, proposals, and provides technical advice. Review policies and all documentation for accuracy and quality standards. Coordinates with various operations departments such as underwriting/claims department. Cross-sells additional business services and refers clients to personal and financial services teams. Manages non-renewals and cancellation requests to retain business where appropriate. Meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
