Develop strong branding & positioning strategies, responsible for marketing communication, offline and digital advertising promotional activities, and events across different channels and segments. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. Preparing press releases and publicity materials, and attending press events. Conceptualize, develop & implement marketing strategies to bring in new customers and to retain existing customers. Event planning, organization, and execution for all events and roadshows. Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Develop new business partnerships and business opportunities through tie-ups and affinity marketing. Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Monitor and review daily motor vehicle usage logs and submit monthly report to the Department Head. Arrange vehicle routes and prepare petrol payment requests for vehicles, and office-related expenses. Prepare and report monthly usage list of the generator fuel. Arrange and participate in company events and activities. Prepare and manage store materials requested by other departments. Manage and coordinate with various vendors, including vehicle workshops, printing services, and air con services. Support office daily operations. Perform any other duties as assigned by HOD.
Provide technical support for internal users and handle related issues. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, networking, and application issues. Maintain adherence to SLAs and provide feedback to improve support processes. Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system.
Schedule Agents Training with NIIM. Ensuring that the training venue is booked and ready for the training session. Sending out pre-course information to the Agents. Compiling the training objectives of the participants. Helping the trainer to create training support matters. Preparing training reports. Handling the payment process and training request requirements. Any other tasks assigned by the HOD.
