Work closely and provide prompt and effective support to the agency sales channel. Assist in the creation of sales opportunities, monitor sales activities, and be the intermediary to all agency support functions. Develop and maintain an effective, productive, and high-performing Agency Distribution Channel. Monitor agency sales through appropriate sales analyses and reports. Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Team to support agent recruitment initiatives within the assigned cluster. Support agency manpower growth through agent sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and retention activities.
Conduct on-site claim surveys at incident locations and resolve the issue. Assist in reviewing and verifying survey findings to ensure compliance with the policy Terms and Conditions (T&C). Prepare and maintain claim files, and accurately enter claim information into the core system. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Chinese Corporate Client Management Manage and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking corporate clients, factory owners, and business decision-makers, and follow up regularly with clients. Understand clients’ business operations and insurance needs. Support and translate Chinese-language communication between clients and EFI. Renewal Management Track upcoming policy renewals and ensure timely follow-up with clients. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare renewal quotations and documents. Reduce missed policy renewals and improve client retention by maintaining accurate renewal records and ensuring timely follow-up with clients. New Business Development Follow up on new business opportunities from Chinese companies in Myanmar. Promote suitable insurance products such as Fire, Motor, Marine, PA, Employee Benefits, and other corporate insurance solutions. Support management in expanding EFI’s Chinese corporate business portfolio. Internal Coordination Coordinate quotation requests, policy issuance, claims updates, document collection, and client servicing matters. Pipeline and Reporting Maintain an updated list of Chinese corporate clients, prospects, renewals, quotations, and pending cases. Prepare regular business pipeline and follow-up reports for management.
