  • Perform Survey and underwriting processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collect premium payments for renewals, motor insurance, and new business.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
  • Analyze claims data and loss history to support policy renewals, pricing adjustments, and coverage cancellations.
  • Collaborate with insurance agents and brokers to provide quotations, respond to inquiries, and resolve underwriting issues.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to the senior underwriter for complex cases.
  • Handle customers' complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to assistants and junior staff.

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2-3 years of experience in insurance surveying and underwriting.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong complaint-handling and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in premium collection procedures and insurance-related documentation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
