The Regional Security Manager is responsible for managing, implementing, and overseeing security operations within the assigned region. This role ensures the highest level of protection for employees, assets, and information by developing and executing effective security strategies and operational procedures. The Regional Security Manager collaborates closely with Operations, Human Resources, Legal teams, clients, and other key stakeholders to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate security risks. Key Responsibilities Mobilization Recommend suitable internal candidates for new project mobilizations. Coordinate and oversee the timely provision of required equipment according to the mobilization plan. Review site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide training to team members prior to mobilization. Introduce team members to client contact persons to ensure effective communication and coordination Conduct regular site inspections and implement necessary corrective actions. Organize and facilitate security drills, toolbox talks, and other relevant training programs. Conduct risk assessments, security surveys, and threat analyses to identify and evaluate potential security risks and vulnerabilities. Serve as Exera's representative at assigned client sites. Job Overview The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as the primary HR contact for designated business units, supporting both business objectives and employee needs. The role is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle, including HR operations, employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, compliance, and HR administration. The HRBP works closely with business leaders and employees to ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives while maintaining compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. The position acts as a bridge between the business and HR functions, ensuring efficient HR service delivery, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience. HR Operations, Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Prepare and administer employee documentation including employment contracts, probation confirmations, promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, disciplinary actions, and separation documents. Coordinate and monitor employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, internal movements, and offboarding activities. Review and validate payroll-related information, including employee movements, attendance, leave records, overtime, commissions, and other employee data before payroll processing. Manage and maintain employee leave, attendance, and HR records to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. Coordinate expatriate administration matters, including work permits, visas, tax documentation, insurance, and statutory compliance requirements. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal audit requirements. Prepare monthly HR reports, dashboards, manpower reports, headcount analysis, and other workforce-related reports for management.
