Key Responsibilities Communicate the weekly and monthly targets to the activation team. Ensure all team members understand their individual roles and responsibilities within the activation process. Provide ongoing training to keep the team updated on product knowledge, activation procedures, and industry trends. Monitor closely the team performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Supervise Direct sales executive and direct marketing representative to ensure that their performing well. Identify gaps in the ability of the Supervise Direct sales executive and direct marketing representative. Provide Training need analysis skills to Direct sales executive. Provide weekly and monthly activation team performance report to Activation manager. Handle conflicts or challenges within the team promptly and fairly.
Job Description Assist students while on the bus and when crossing the road. Help students place their school bags and lunch boxes in the designated areas on the bus. Assist students in using seat belts, harnesses, and car seats correctly. Guide and escort children to the appropriate classrooms within the school. Provide necessary care and support to ensure students are comfortable, safe, and happy. Report any concerns regarding students to the relevant Line Manager. Assist the bus driver in keeping the bus clean and tidy. Support teachers with any assistance needed during students’ lunchtime. Assist with matters related to the uniform inventory/list.
