Manage the complete set of accounts, and generate comprehensive financial and pertinent reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Preparing financial statements with IFRS and submitting of annual return to IRD (MTO), preparing also quarterly Overview and analysis the financial performance of each business Preparing and monitoring monthly budget (Cash, P&L, Investment). Handle account receivable, account payable and monthly closing balance. Inventory control and fixed assets control. Monitor production costs, raw material consumption, and inventory valuation Maintain cost accounting systems for feed manufacturing operations Analyze product-wise production costs and identify cost reduction opportunities Track wastage, yields, and manufacturing efficiency Manage accounting for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods Perform inventory reconciliation and supervise physical stock counts Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation records Checking the cash payments, receipts advance and bank reconciliations. Prepare ad-hoc reports and/or tasks as requested by management. Other related finance and accounting tasks assigned by Management.

Conduct market surveys, gather competitive intelligence, and analyze market trends to support strategic decision-making. Manage general office tasks and ensure timely completion of administrative duties. Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports as required. Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective problem-solving solutions. Provide training and onboarding to new employees, and offer ongoing coaching to current team members.
