• Monitor network systems 24x7 and respond to alarms, faults, and performance issues
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior NOC engineers
• Coordinate with vendors, field teams, and other technical teams for issue resolution
• Support network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities
• Ensure SLA and KPI compliance and propose network performance improvements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Must have familiarity with common network monitoring tools and servers. Handling monitoring  
• Servers and network  Management system ( Huawei NMS and ZTE NMS) for all NOC process.
• Good understanding of technologies ,operating systems,networking ,remote supporting
• Diagnose  issues with routers,switches,and wireless up-links; doucments and ticketing system
• Good troubleshooting  skills about local network and strong knowledge in gaming 
• Understand FTTH customer service and complaints handling about ISP
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
   

• Prefer B.C. Tech in Computer Technology and B.Tech ( IT. Possess at least a Bachelor’s  Degree (or)Diploma in techanology) 
• Must Have 3 Years Experience working as a NOC Engineer in ISP.
• Active ,good communication with customers and other teams, eager to learn about new things.

Strong understanding of:
    TCP/IP and OSI Model
    VLAN, QinQ, STP, GPON, L3VPN, MPLS
    Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP – basic to intermediate)
    AAA, RADIUS, PPPoE, DHCP,IPoE
    Hands-on experience with network equipment from Huawei, ZTE, Cisco, MIKROTIK
    Experience with ticketing systems on BSS/OSS
