Key Duties & Responsibilities Understand and learn about products or services Prepare and execute daily visit plans/join call plans to all Government and Private Hospitals/Clinics, GPs, and laboratories, promote products, and discuss customers/end-user requirements, needs, and feedback Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts with clients Maintain client database and records Provide effective ideas and reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and the potential for new products and services. Provide the efficient strategy and ideas at sales meetings related to improve the level of the sales target Work with a sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the manager. Job Overview: The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning for medical equipment, including ultrasound, diagnostic imaging system, OT tables, OT lights, and anesthesia machines. This role leads the development and execution of integrated sales and marketing strategies, manages sales teams and distribution partners, and ensures all commercial activities align with clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards. Key Duties & Responsibilities Develop sales and marketing policies and procedures, set objectives and sales targets, and prepare sales and marketing strategic plans for productive and systematic operations Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare and execute daily visit plans/join call plans to all government and private hospitals/clinics, GPs, and laboratories; promote products; and discuss customers'/end-users' requirements, needs, and feedback. Conduct research, study specifications, discuss them with KOLs, prepare for tender and project requirements, and lead the tender and project process to achieve a positive outcome. Manage the day-to-day operations and be responsible for managing staff, sales and operational planning and execution, and financial and budget planning to ensure the operation is running efficiently. Regularly visit and meet with KOLs of healthcare professionals, maintaining strong relationships with all related interested parties. Conduct monthly reviews and measure objective/target achievement, including market/product information (market size, market coverage, market share, market trend, market demand, competitor analysis, etc.). Collaborate with respective customers and internal teams concerning post-market activities/events such as product complaints/recalls and pharmacovigilance and take necessary actions. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to CEO. Able to travel based on business requirements.
