Record daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping entries. Organize supporting documents related to cash, bank, expenses, and inventory. Support Senior accounting staff and supervisor with accounting, finance, and administrative tasks as assigne. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Seniors, Supervisor and Manager. Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial procedure.
Testing and assessing products. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure product quality. Tasks of QC unit related to inbound, storage, production and outbound inspection. Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions. Supporting process improvements throughout the testing and quality assurance processes. Identifying product defects or potential issues and determining what to do to resolve the issue. Handling in monitoring ISO standard requirements IQC, IPQC, OQC, PQC and Documentation

Servicing and maintaining equipment including motors, conveyor systems, transmission systems, and production-related equipment. Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines. Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns. Adjusting mechanical parts using hand and machine tools. Fabricating parts for repairs and machine upgrades. Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks. Communicating with the production team and maintaining a clean work area. Preparing and submitting maintenance reports.
