Conduct incoming material, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure product quality.

Monitor production processes and ensure products meet approved specifications and customer requirements.

Identify and report product defects, nonconformities, and quality issues.

Investigate root causes of quality problems and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments.

Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, and related documentation.

Monitor and report quality performance, including defect rates, rejection rates, scrap, and rework.

Ensure proper use and calibration of measuring instruments.

Support customer complaint investigations, internal audits, and quality improvement activities.

Guide and support QC Inspectors in following inspection procedures and quality standards.

Handling in monitoring ISO standard requirements IQC, IPQC, OQC, PQC and Documentation

Diploma or bachelor's degree in B.Sc (Chemistry), B.Sc (Industrial Chemistry), BE (Chemical), or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in QC/QA, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of plastic product defects and manufacturing processes, such as injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding.

Ability to use measuring instruments and understand product specifications.

Good problem-solving, analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Experience in ISO 9001 or quality management systems is an advantage.

Good working knowledge of English (Spoken and written)

Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with other departments.

Must be able to work in Mingaladon Township.
