• Implement and deliver lessons aligned with the established curriculum and learning objectives. • Adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs while maintaining alignment with the curriculum framework. • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports each child’s developmental and academic growth. • Observe, assess, and document children’s development and learning progress. • Conduct initial assessments for new students to determine skill levels and ensure appropriate instructional placement. • Communicate assessment results to parents and discuss how their child will be supported in the classroom. • Maintain daily schedules, classroom organization, and student records in accordance with program policies.
