• Implement and deliver lessons aligned with the established curriculum and learning objectives.
• Adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs while maintaining alignment with the curriculum framework.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports each child’s developmental and academic growth.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s development and learning progress.
• Conduct initial assessments for new students to determine skill levels and ensure appropriate instructional placement.
• Communicate assessment results to parents and discuss how their child will be supported in the classroom.
• Maintain daily schedules, classroom organization, and student records in accordance with program policies.

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in any field; a Master’s degree is preferred
• A certificate or diploma in TKT, TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA is preferred but not mandatory
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in schools or English language centres
• Willingness to participate in student assessments, teacher training, and parent-teacher meetings
• Ability to multitask, with a strong passion for English language teaching and child development
• Excellent classroom management, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
