IMS Implementation & Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain integrated procedures and documentation (Quality, Safety, Environment and Food Safety) for PET preform production. Compliance & Auditing: Plan and conduct internal audits, and coordinate external audits (third-party certifications, regulatory bodies). Quality Control (PET): Ensure compliance with PET preform quality standards (e.g., intrinsic viscosity, acetaldehyde levels, color, preform weight, neck finish accuracy). Food Safety/GMP Compliance: Monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FSSC standards to ensure products are safe for the beverage industry. Environmental Management: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations regarding waste management (PET scrap recycling), air emissions, and energy usage. Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S): Manage occupational hazards, particularly high-temperature injection molding, machine safety, and worker PPE compliance. Management Reporting: Report on IMS performance, audit results, and necessary improvements to Top Management (Management Review Meetings). Corrective Actions (CAPA): Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for customer complaints, non-conformities, and near-misses. Training: Conduct training for all employees on ISO standards, Safety Protocols, and SOPs.
SAP PR, PO, STO_PO generating for approval and releasing it Monitoring SAP TM module for import PO Communicating with SAP team and Solving issue/error for documents flow and in SAP process Receipt, issue of all inventory (RM, FG, Spares, Scrap etc.) into system Update Bin Card on a daily basis Classify inventories as minimum, maximum levels, re-order levels, user indented items, auto-indent items Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels Raise PR for auto-indent items if stock going less than minimum stock levels Make periodical inventory ageing and report for slow-moving, non-moving and obsolete inventory item, over-stocked items, damaged goods, Unusable inventory Daily reconciliation between system and physical (mainly for RM and FG) Every morning reviews the FG/Scrap handover and Issue Request for Monitoring/filing Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship with vehicles checklist) Receive and process warehouse/stores stock products (pick, unload, label, store) Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits (FIFO & Mini/Max Stock) Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Report any discrepancies Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Arrange equipment needs for operations
Must be used the ERP system for SO (Schedule, dispatch plan) and Invoice for the approval and payment of customers Maintains the documents of SO, Invoices, Quotations and PO from the customers Preparing and sending Sales details report and AR Overdue report weekly and monthly to Finance department Send Invoices to customers with email for their payment Find new customers and build strong relationships to maximize sales Implement sales strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets Coordination with warehouse team for dispatches etc. Making minutes of meeting with customers as per ISO format
