Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by tracking market trends, supply-demand, costs, and competitor activities.
Implements sales strategies to acquire new customers, expand market share, and achieve revenue targets.
Ensures all sales contracts, pricing adjustments, and credit terms strictly follow the Delegation of Authority (DoA) matrix and finance guidelines.
Conducts quarterly reviews of customer credit profiles and monitors account receivables to minimize financial risk exposure.
Oversees data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality within SAP (CRM/MIS) in compliance with corporate data protection policies.
Prepares reports, correspondence, customer credit files, and issues POs while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Coordinates directly with warehousing to ensure accurate and timely order dispatches.
Checks, confirms, and maintains customer meeting minutes in full compliance with ISO format standards.
Manages national sales staff by assigning work, monitoring results, and recruiting, onboarding, and training employees.
Conducts, documents, and maintains formal performance reviews, counseling, and disciplining for direct reports.

Bachelor’s degree; Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related discipline preferred.
6 – 8 years of relevant B2B sales experience (packaging industry preferred).
Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing, listening) and strong communication skills.
Proficiency in SAP or enterprise CRM systems, with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to recruit, train, and manage sales teams.
Proven ability to manage key customer relationships, resolve complaints, and drive high customer satisfaction.
Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritizing skills with a proactive follow-up approach.
High stress tolerance and problem-solving capability under high-pressure market conditions.
Professional personal presentation, self-motivation, and openness to feedback.
