Job Type - Field Service Work Location: Head Office (Tachileik)/ Branch (Mong Phyak) Service Ticket Handling : Provide technical support to customers, particularly for Wi-Fi performance issues, connectivity problems, and basic configuration requests such as password changes. Network Troubleshooting & Technical Analysis : ONU (Huawei) Fiber DB/ Memory, CPU Checking/ ONU/AP/ Router Ping test. Google Ping Test/ Bandwidth Speed test/ Router extend (AP(mode)+DHCP + Static IP)/ ACS(Auto Configuration Server) Installation, Configuration & On-site Service: Relocating routers, adding additional routers, installing LAN cables to resolve customer issues. Install MikroTik devices, switches, routers, and access points for B2B, DIA, and FTTB services if assigned. Customer Communication & Consultation Internal Coordination & Additional Assignments Equipment Handling & Asset Management Documentation, Reporting & Compliance
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated NOC Engineer to join our team. The role is responsible for monitoring network infrastructure, ensuring system availability, providing first-line technical support, and maintaining smooth network operations. Duties & Responsibilities Monitor data center devices, network links, and environmental conditions (power, temperature, access), and provide Tier-1 technical support. Perform daily operations including ONT setup, account creation, bandwidth profile management, and troubleshooting customer issues. Handle incident management by performing initial diagnosis, documenting details, and escalating to relevant teams or providers. Prepare and deliver incident and bandwidth reports in a timely manner. Conduct environmental checks and manage site access for DC/DR sites. Log, manage, and escalate incidents in line with company procedures. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient problem-solving.
