LOLC Myanmar Micro-Finance Company Limited (LMMF) is a deposit taking micro finance institution established in 2013. The Company is committed to promote inclusive finance with the highest ethical standards and best practices. LMMF focuses on lending to the Micro Sector with social responsibility. It is a fully owned subsidiary of the LOLC Group in Sri Lanka, conducting overseas business in Cambodia, Pakistan, Indonesia and Myanmar through 33 branches in the Yangon & Bago Regions and Mon State.

Assists with configuration and maintenance of database server; co-banking systems; and application tools Documents and maintains database configuration change diagrams, and key process information. Codes database descriptions and specifies identifiers of database management system in the production and test environments. Provide MIS back-end reporting for the business users by executing complex SQL queries in timely manner. Tests and corrects errors, and refines changes to the database and application systems. Monitors database performance, distribution of records, and the amount of available memory, implements database changes, and updates versions. Plans and performs database backup and recovery. Performs new system installations, upgrades, and new project testing and implementation from a software application perspective, in coordination with the IT team and outsourced managed services, and specific product vendors. Do month end process executions and year-end process executions, system product creations, System parameter set-up. Monitors designated applications and takes corrective action to prevent or minimize system downtime. Ensures all functions of Co-banking system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Carry out special tasks at Management's direction Prepare process documents, user manuals, policies based on the guidance of the Application support manager. Do software trainings and other required IT trainings to the Business users and other related parties. Actively involve to the new project implementation related activities. Interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required for database and application issues.

Support data for monthly payroll, including salary, incentives, SSB, and Personal Income Tax. Coordinate the employee’s benefit related with SSB. Support to prepare the Personal Income Tax reports to the government. Prepare monthly SSB payments to the Social Security Board office. Support to prepare the Personal Income Tax payments to the Myanmar Tax Office. Maintain payroll and compensation records properly. Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll data. Update and manage payroll data in HRIS and payroll systems. Support other duties assigned by the HR Manager. Support HR Manager in handling employee grievances related to compensation and benefits. Coordinate with branch offices regarding employee compensation and benefit processes. Assist in preparing employment confirmation letters, salary Slip, and other compensation-related documents. Support implementation of HR policies and ensure employees understand company compensation policies. Support employee engagement initiatives related to rewards, incentives, and welfare programs.
Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean data from internal systems, field operations and multiple sources Coordinate with all departments and field teams to obtain required information on time. Verify and validate collected data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Maintain organized records and databases for easy access and reporting. Generate dashboards, summaries, and analytical reports using Excel or reporting tools. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports and Automate data processes where possible Annalise basic trends and highlight key findings Prepare staff incentive calculations, yearly performance evaluations, and other incentive-related reports. Secondary Responsibilities: Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor for various purposes. Monitor data collection processes and recommend improvements for efficiency. Provide training on Excel skills and data preparation processes to relevant staff.
