Establish a more effective and improved HR team using the existing team members, and oversee the team’s operations to ensure that daily HR functions are carried out accurately and efficiently. Overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning to support factory operations and production targets. Report daily, weekly, monthly to directors and MD. 1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning Plan manpower requirements based on production needs Manage end-to-end recruitment (workers to management level) Coordinate with department heads for hiring plans 2. Payroll & Attendance Management Supervise payroll process (salary, overtime, allowances) Ensure accurate attendance, leave, and shift records Manage payroll compliance with Myanmar regulations 3. Employee Relations & Discipline Handle employee complaints, disputes, and grievances Conduct investigations and disciplinary actions Maintain workplace discipline and harmony 4. Labor Law Compliance Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labor Law Manage employment contracts, policies, and procedures Coordinate with government offices (Labor Office, SSB, etc.) 5. Performance Management Develop KPI system for staff and workers Conduct performance appraisals and reviews Support department managers in performance improvement 6. Training & Development Identify training needs for workers and supervisors Organize internal and external training programs Develop succession planning for key positions 7. HR Policies & Systems Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs Maintain HR records and documentation Improve HR systems and processes
