Position Summary Responsible for leading the entire accounting operation of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, compliance with Myanmar taxation and financial regulations, and effective management of accounting teams across head office and branch factories. Oversee daily accounting operations, costing, inventory control, financial closing, tax management, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting to top management. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Management & Reporting Lead and supervise all accounting operations of head office and branch factories. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements accurately and on time. Ensure proper General Ledger (GL) management and account reconciliation. Monitor company cash flow, working capital, and financial position. Prepare management reports for Directors and senior management. Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost control and profitability improvement. 2. Manufacturing Costing & Inventory Control Supervise product costing and manufacturing cost analysis. Monitor raw material consumption, wastage, and production cost variances. Ensure accurate inventory accounting for:Raw materials Finished goods Spare parts Packaging materials Coordinate with warehouse and production departments regarding stock movement and stock reconciliation. Oversee periodic stock count and inventory audit processes. 3. Taxation & Compliance Ensure compliance with Myanmar tax regulations and statutory requirements. Manage:Commercial Tax Corporate Income Tax Withholding Tax Salary Tax Coordinate with external auditors, tax offices, and government authorities. Prepare and review tax reports and supporting documents. 4. Internal Control & Audit Develop and improve accounting SOPs and internal control systems. Ensure proper authorization and documentation processes. Monitor financial risks and prevent fraud or accounting errors. Lead internal audit preparation and external audit coordination. 5. Team Management Lead, train, and supervise accounting staff at head office and branch factories. Assign duties and monitor team performance. Improve accounting department efficiency and reporting accuracy. Support staff development and succession planning. 6. Coordination & System Management Coordinate closely with:Production Department Warehouse Procurement Sales Department Logistics Department HR/Admin Department Ensure accounting records are properly maintained in accounting software. Participate in process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
Job Summary The Admin Manager is responsible for leading all administrative operations of the factory to ensure smooth daily business activities, security, government compliance, employee welfare support, facility management, transport coordination, accommodation management, and internal services. The role supports production continuity by maintaining a disciplined, safe, organized, and legally compliant workplace. Location - Dagon Seikkan Industrial Zone (2), Yangon. Key Responsibilities A. Administration Management Manage overall factory administration functions. Develop and implement admin policies, SOPs, and internal controls. Supervise admin team, reception, security, cleaners, drivers, canteen, and office support staff. Ensure smooth day-to-day office and factory support operations. B. Facility & Building Management Manage office buildings, factory compound, warehouse offices, staff facilities, toilets, lighting, water systems, and repairs. Coordinate maintenance with engineering department. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, pest control, waste disposal, and factory appearance. C. Security Management Oversee gate control, visitor management, CCTV monitoring, guards scheduling, vehicle checking, emergency response. Prevent theft, misconduct, unauthorized access, and security risks. Investigate incidents and submit reports. D. Government Compliance & External Relations Handle township authorities, fire department, environmental authorities, municipal offices, police, and local administration. Ensure licenses, permits, registrations, and certificates are valid and renewed on time. Support audits and inspections. E. Transport & Fleet Management Manage company vehicles, drivers, fuel usage, maintenance schedules, insurance, licenses, and route planning. Control transport cost and vehicle utilization. F. Employee Welfare Support Manage canteen, drinking water, uniforms, lockers, ferry. Resolve employee admin complaints. G. Procurement Support (Non-production Items) Control purchasing requests for stationery, cleaning materials, uniforms, furniture, admin consumables. Manage vendor quotations and supplier coordination. H. Cost Control & Budgeting Control monthly spending and reduce unnecessary costs. Monitor utility usage (water, electricity, fuel). I. Team Leadership Lead and train admin department staff. Set KPI, evaluate performance, discipline, attendance, and productivity. J. Documentation & Reporting Maintain contracts, asset lists, admin records, vehicle logs, incident reports, licenses, permits. Submit weekly/monthly management reports.
