Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing supermarket operations, purchasing, supplier relations, and coordinating marketing activities to ensure smooth daily management, strong product mix, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Retail Operations: Manage daily store activities, staff performance, inventory flow, and customer service. Ensure SOP compliance, FIFO, and hygiene standards. Purchasing & Supplier Management: Plan and execute product purchasing, negotiate with suppliers, secure promotions, and maintain accurate purchase records. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, reduce stock-outs and slow-moving items, and ensure system accuracy with physical stock.
