Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records Manage AP/AR, bank transactions, and cash reconciliation Assist in monthly closing, ledger reconciliation, and financial reports Support stock, cost, and expense tracking Ensure documentation, compliance, and proper approval workflow Coordinate with internal teams for data accuracy (Admin, HR, Sales, Warehouse)
Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing supermarket operations, purchasing, supplier relations, and coordinating marketing activities to ensure smooth daily management, strong product mix, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Retail Operations: Manage daily store activities, staff performance, inventory flow, and customer service. Ensure SOP compliance, FIFO, and hygiene standards. Purchasing & Supplier Management: Plan and execute product purchasing, negotiate with suppliers, secure promotions, and maintain accurate purchase records. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, reduce stock-outs and slow-moving items, and ensure system accuracy with physical stock. Marketing Support: Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, product displays, and in-store branding. Provide feedback from operations to improve campaigns. Reporting & KPIs: Prepare weekly/monthly sales, inventory, and purchasing reports. Track KPIs such as sales targets, stock-out rate, and promotion effectiveness
