Job Purpose:
Responsible for overseeing supermarket operations, purchasing, supplier relations, and coordinating marketing activities to ensure smooth daily management, strong product mix, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Operations: Manage daily store activities, staff performance, inventory flow, and customer service. Ensure SOP compliance, FIFO, and hygiene standards.
   

• Purchasing & Supplier Management: Plan and execute product purchasing, negotiate with suppliers, secure promotions, and maintain accurate purchase records.
   

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, reduce stock-outs and slow-moving items, and ensure system accuracy with physical stock.
   

• Marketing Support: Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, product displays, and in-store branding. Provide feedback from operations to improve campaigns.
   

Reporting & KPIs: Prepare weekly/monthly sales, inventory, and purchasing reports. Track KPIs such as sales targets, stock-out rate, and promotion effectiveness

Requirements:

• Proven experiences 3–5 years in operations preferably in retail or FMCG industry
   

• Strong supplier negotiation and team management skills.
   

• Knowledge of POS/ERP systems.
   

• Strong communication in English & Myanmar.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across department
