Job Summary Sales Manager at Max Hotels Group will be responsible for generating hotel revenue growth through strategic sales planning, client relationship management, food & beverage outlets, and office rental spaces. This role drives occupancy and market expansion across corporate, leisure, and group segments. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and secure new corporate, government, travel trade, and individual accounts. Generate sales leads and convert prospects into long-term business partners. Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and networking activities. Explore opportunities for hotel room bookings, long-stay contracts, events, meetings, banquets, F&B promotions, and office leasing. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key accounts. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Develop strategic sales plans to maximize occupancy, event bookings, F&B revenue, and property leasing income. Collaborate with Operations, Front Office, Reservations, F&B, and Marketing teams to optimize sales opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records, account information, and pipeline reports. Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
