The candidate should be a graduate or equivalent diploma holder. Must have good English language proficiency (4 Skills). Age not exceeding 28 years. Fluency in other foreign languages & work experience in a related field will be an advantage. Must be computer literate with sufficient experience in Microsoft Office & internet/email usage. Must possess strong communication & interpersonal skills to interact with all levels within the organization. Must possess a good attitude and ability to learn. The ability to travel & commence work at short notice is preferred. Able to work shift duty (including midnight shift). Must be flexible & ready to work overtime/location.
To assist the Aviation Security Manager in overseeing all security operations, ensuring full compliance with national and international aviation security regulations (DCA, IATA). The role requires a strong leader capable of managing teams, conducting investigations, and maintaining the highest safety standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Support: Assist the Aviation Security Manager in the daily oversight of all aviation security activities, including passenger screening, access control, and airside security. Supervision & Compliance: Supervise security personnel to ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), DCA regulations, and IATA standards. Coordination: Liaise effectively with regulatory authorities (e.g., DCA, Aviation Police, Immigration, Customs) and internal departments to ensure seamless security operations. Investigations & Audits: Lead internal investigations into security incidents or breaches. Support and facilitate internal and external security audits and inspections. Training & Development: Assist in developing and conducting aviation security training programs and refresher courses for staff. Risk Management: Support the continuous improvement of threat assessment and risk management strategies to mitigate potential security threats.
