Daily operations of Dry-Store, Amenities, Beverage, and Linen sections. Prepare duty rosters, work schedules, and daily briefings for the team. Ensure adequate onboard stock of dry-store items, amenities, beverages, linens, blankets, safety cards, airsickness bags, in-flight magazines, newspapers, and journals. On-time loading and offloading for each departure and arrival and verify quantities match documentation and physical counts. Coordinate blanket and item offloading to warehouse with accurate quantity tracking. Collect onboard crew feedback about services and relay to Store Team and management. Monitor cleanliness and organization of dry store warehouse, office, catering trucks, and workplace. Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the Executive. Ensure all staff comply with company policies, departmental SOPs, and safety standards. Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with team members and other departments. Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive, Managers or Head of Department. Preferably to have the Aviation Safety & Security Awareness.
