Airline Ground Operations Officer are responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and timely ground handling of aircraft and passengers. This role supports flight operations by coordinating aircraft servicing, passenger handling, baggage processing, and ramp activities in compliance with aviation safety and regulatory standards. Supervising flight handling related services for ensuring a safe, secure and on time performance. Responsibility for the day-to-day supervising of all operational related activities Monitoring, measuring and seeking to improve the delivery and efficiency of customer service standards To monitor compliance to procedure with the view of enhancing service delivery standards · Ensuring proper passenger-and baggage handling, including accepting special categories of passengers, seat allocation procedures and baggage size, etc... Ensuring passengers are being offered the service as per MAI Standard To conduct flight briefing and debriefing to the team daily Supervise and control in all areas of passenger and baggage handling Ensure staff are positioning assigned areas in sufficient time to commence the duties at the required time
