ob Scope:

The Officer – Commercial Strategy is responsible for supporting the development and execution of airline’s commercial strategies, focusing on revenue optimization, International General Sales Agents’ management, market analysis, international points of sales & marketing activities, and long-term business planning. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to convert data insights into actionable business decisions.

ssist in the formulation and execution of Strategic Commercial initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve market positioning.
Support network planning, pricing strategies, and partnership development to optimize route sustainability and profitability.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Commercial Sections, Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment of commercial goals.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and market segmentation to identify business
Develop business cases, forecasts, and models to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for Senior Management on strategy performance, market outlooks, and key recommendations.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting commercial operations.
Participate in contract negotiations, partnership discussions, and alliance developments as needed.
