We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to establish and lead the Bank’s Solution Architecture practice. This role is responsible for defining architecture principles, technology standards, development guidelines, and approved technology stacks while designing secure, scalable, and integrated solutions across Core Banking, Digital Banking, and enterprise platforms. The Solution Architect will ensure technology decisions align with the Bank’s strategic roadmap and architecture governance. Define and maintain the Bank’s architecture principles, technology standards, and reference architectures. Establish development standards, integration patterns, API standards, and approved technology stack. Design end-to-end solution architectures across applications, integration, infrastructure, cloud, and security. Lead architecture reviews, solution governance, technical design approvals, and Proof of Concepts (POCs). Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and containerization. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and compliant with regulatory and security requirements. Collaborate with business, project teams, vendors, and technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architecture improvements and technology roadmaps. Mentor development teams and promote architecture best practices and technical excellence.
T24 application servers (TAFJ), batch servers, interfaces, APIs, and integration components. Oversee T24 technical environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, TRAINING, DR, PROD), system refreshes, and environment synchronization. Manage and optimize COB (Close-of-Business) performance, batch execution, and exception handling. Provide technical expertise during CBS Upgrade including environment readiness, technical gap analysis, compatibility checks, and performance validation. Review and troubleshoot technical logs, Java logs, OFS logs, application server performance, and integration-level errors. Support deployments, hotfixes, TAFJ builds, EAR/WAR updates, and configuration changes in coordination with infrastructure and vendor teams. Manage interfaces and integrations including APIs, MQ, API Gateway, channels, and third-party applications. Lead root cause analysis of technical incidents, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLA/OLA standards. Mentor technical team members, provide training, and ensure skill uplift for CBS upgrade readiness.
Manage and support Windows/Linux servers , Data Backup, Report, Active Directory and domain services. Implement and maintain Microsoft server, Linux server banking system infrastructure to ensure 24/7 availability. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Physical devices , load balance resource and migrate. Perform regular backup, recovery, and disaster recovery (DR) drills . Patch management, system upgrades, and performance tuning. Automate routine tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.) . Prepare and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and audit reports.
Job Summary The Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps platforms, Kubernetes infrastructure, and CI/CD automation solutions. The role ensures secure, reliable, and efficient application delivery across traditional and containerized environments while improving system availability, performance, and operational processes. Deploy, manage, upgrade, and maintain Rancher-managed RKE2 Kubernetes clusters. Configure Kubernetes RBAC, namespaces, network policies, and security controls. Ensure cluster availability, lifecycle management, and operational stability. Troubleshoot Kubernetes cluster, networking, storage, and workload issues. Administer and harden Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD or equivalent tools. Automate application deployment, testing, and release processes. Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, or other scripting languages. Manage Git repositories, branching strategies and deployment workflows, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools. Build and manage container images using Docker or Podman. Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot monolithic and microservices-based applications. Manage Kubernetes application deployments using Helm charts. Configure and support Kubernetes networking components, including MetalLB, BGP, VXLAN, routing tables, and iptables/nftables. Deploy and maintain Longhorn storage solutions. Implement monitoring and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or equivalent tools. Install and manage Cert-Manager for certificate lifecycle management. Support security hardening, backup, disaster recovery, and production incident activities.
Implement procurement strategies aligned with the bank’s objectives. Lead the procurement team to achieve performance goals. Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency in procurement operations. Forecast procurement requirements in coordination with other departments. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for goods and services. Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with agreements. Monitor supplier performance, quality, and risk management. Coordinate with group procurement and approval process. Ensure procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are strictly followed. Approve purchase requests and contracts within delegated authority. Maintain accurate procurement documentation, including contracts and purchase orders. Prepare monthly and quarterly procurement reports for management. Analyze procurement data to identify trends, savings, and efficiency improvements. Track procurement KPIs and recommend process enhancements. Work closely with finance, operations,Marketing, IT, and other departments to meet procurement needs. Support internal audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments.
- Lead monthly mystery calls across 58 branches and conduct physical inspections (SOPs, queues, grooming, SLAs). - Provide diagnostic feedback and establish remediation plans for low-scoring branches. - Conduct workshops (etiquette, de-escalation, cross-selling), new-hire onboarding, and 30-day remedial coaching. - Track customer complaints, investigate root causes, and partner with Ops to cut wait times. - Publish monthly 58-branch performance dashboards and present key Aservice trends to leadership.
Credit Appraisal : Review and analyze SME loan proposals according to existing policy, criteria and instruction before submission to the relevant approval authority as per the MCB process. Financial Analysis : Review accuracy of financial information, liaise with relationship managers on any unclear or incomplete client information and analyze financial statements and bank statements. Collateral Assessment : Assess the adequacy and enforceability of pledged assets. Liaise closely with the Bank's in-house Legal Team to fully understand the legal aspects impacting on the extension of credit and securing documentation. Site Inspections : If needed, Monitoring onsite visit to Customer’s Business Premises with related RMs. Risk Assessment : Identify key business, industry and management risks. Compliance Check : Ensure alignment with Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM) directives. Mitigation Design: Finding out credit risk and risk mitigation on each application. Propose structured risk solutions and loan covenants. Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor delinquency and loss performance of loans frequently, ensuring loans acquired meet established performance benchmarks. Presentation: Prepare for the presentation to get credit approval from the relevant Management authority, Executive Committee, Board Credit Committee and the Board of Directors. Reporting: Prepare activity reports on number of accounts received, reviewed, approved and rejected. Implement any other duties assigned by the Head/Team Lead, Credit Underwriting Department.
Guide clients through credit applications, perform financial assessments, and recommend suitable banking products. Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate customer records. Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. (Including: credit cards, insurance, digital services, mobile and internet banking). Meet individual and branch Credit/Deposit targets through structured sales planning and execution. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to enhance deposit strategies. Ensure proper handover procedures for staff transitions and secure storage of loan security documents and customer files. Source and evaluate potential borrowers for retail and SME loans by analyzing financial statements, cash flows, and credit histories. Manage non-performing loans (NPLs), follow up on overdue payments, and conduct collection activities as needed.
Build strong business relationships with Branches, Insurers and Key Stakeholders and ensure objective and set targets are achieved. Monitor sales and performance for Life Insurance & General Insurance in assigned branches. Guild and drive branch performance to achieve set targets while inspiring success. Conduct monthly branch visits and maintain branch engagement. Build and maintain effective working relationships with Branch Managers. Handle policy services (claims, renewals, surrenders) and customer follow-ups. Coordinate with insurance partners for agent licensing training. Organize and deliver monthly product training for new joiners and existing bank staff. Arrange and attend in-person customer appointments when required. Assess current processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement and take part in discussions with Insurers and/or other stakeholders. Other ad hoc projects as assigned.
