Financial Risk Monitoring: Track and review core financial risks, including Credit Risk, Market Risk, and Liquidity Risk, to ensure they remain within bank policies.

Risk Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare periodic risk monitoring reports, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and summary presentations for senior management and risk committees.

AML & Regulatory Coordination: Work closely with Treasury and Finance teams to monitor liquidity positions, interest rate exposures, and compliance with Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM) directives.

Policy & Limit Review: Assist in reviewing and updating internal risk management guidelines, limits, and operational procedures.

Risk Assessment Support: Support business units in identifying risk factors during loan underwriting, new product launches, and operational changes.

Risk Culture Promotion: Foster sound risk awareness and practical control habits across front-line and operational branches.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related field; master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications (FRM, CFA, CPA) are highly desirable.
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in financial risk management within the banking or financial services sector.
• Deep knowledge of financial risk categories: credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and capital adequacy.
• Strong understanding of CBM regulations, Basel II/III standards, and ICAAP principles.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Proficient in risk modeling, stress testing, and use of analytical tools (Excel, VBA, SQL; familiarity with risk systems such as Moody’s, SAS, etc. is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
