Perform day to day Human Resecure Operation Maintaining the employee’s data and update employee record in HR System. Knowledge of HR function (Payroll & Benefits, Recruitment & Selection, Labor laws) Can handle in the recruitment process by job posting, screening and schedule interviews. Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Sells products by maintaining good customer relationship and managing staff. Be able to hit the sales target Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing Plan daily PJP, day trips and monthly trips to the regions and assign to team member Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives. Maintains and expands customer base by coaching sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities. Lead & report month-to-month Sales status to management. Can be family with Upper Region. Strong experiences in regional sale managements
Lead R&D for new product and process development aligned with market and operational needs. Improve existing manufacturing processes for better quality, efficiency, and cost reduction. Evaluate and implement new raw materials, equipment, or technologies. Collaborate with production, QA/QC. Conduct trials, pilot runs, and data analysis for new products and process improvements. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for R&D projects. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management. Maintain documentation and reports on experiments, testing, and product specifications.
