  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for production machinery and utilities (boilers, compressors, chillers, etc.)
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained to minimize breakdowns and production interruptions
  • Provide technical support to production teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including technicians and supervisors
  • Plan manpower allocation and shift schedules effectively
  • Enforce safety procedures during all maintenance activities
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety improvements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering (required).
  • Minimum (5 -8)year of experience in manufacturing environment , with 2 year in a leadership role (Maintenance Manager)
  • Hands-on experience with production machinery (filling, packing, processing equipment)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
