Full job description We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. Job Description Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and company targets. Prepare for receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational policies and procedures. To check material incoming and outgoing from warehouse. Plan and implement new design layouts, inspect equipment, and issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement to maintain the physical condition of the warehouse. Fulfill warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees and following up on their work results.
Oversee the end-to-end sales order processing lifecycle (from order placement to delivery and invoicing). Manage distributor agreements, price lists, promotion setups, and commercial trade terms in the system Monitor distributor claims, trade spend allowances, and rebate calculations for prompt processing and alignment with finance. Generate, analyze, and present weekly/monthly sales performance reports, sell-in/sell-out data, and stock movement analysis. Lead, train, and mentor the sales administrative and order processing team to maintain high productivity and accuracy standards. Continuously refine sales admin workflows, system controls, and standard operating procedures
Lead R&D for new product and process development aligned with market and operational needs. Improve existing manufacturing processes for better quality, efficiency, and cost reduction. Evaluate and implement new raw materials, equipment, or technologies. Collaborate with production, QA/QC. Conduct trials, pilot runs, and data analysis for new products and process improvements. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for R&D projects. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management. Maintain documentation and reports on experiments, testing, and product specifications.
