Lead and supervise the production team, including department heads and supervisors. Establish production goals and strategies to meet customer demands while optimizing resources. Develop production schedules and workflows, ensuring timely deliveries and high output levels. Oversee the implementation and enforcement of quality control standards. Implement lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste and increase productivity. Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Manage the preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and reduce the risk of machine failures. Manage and lead team members to reach company’s goal with the effective and efficient way.
