Actively establish strategic alliance with vendors and maintain an approved vendor list and price database. Raise quotation requests (RFQ) to source and evaluate vendor offers in terms of quality, cost, and delivery Execute general sourcing and price negotiations with the vendors. Prepare contractual documentation and issue orders to vendors including change orders. Monitor and expedite vendor progress and management of vendor change order and claims on nonperformance vendors. Prepare reports on market trends, supply and demand, and status of orders and forecast payment schedules. Coordinate with freight forwarder for packing, transport and shipment, import/export customs & duties and prepare shipping documents. Job Summary The Chief Operating Officer will translate the CEO’s and Board-approved strategy into effective operational execution. The role is responsible for leading day-to-day operations and project delivery while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, cost control, reliability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute annual operating plans in line with the approved strategy and budget. Lead power projects and operations across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and O&M activities. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and according to required quality standards. Monitor operational KPIs and implement recovery plans for performance gaps. Strengthen HSE, quality, regulatory compliance and operational risk controls. Oversee contractor, supplier and site performance. Improve operational systems, processes, resource utilization and productivity. Lead functional and site heads while developing team capabilities and successors. Escalate major safety, financial, contractual, regulatory and operational risks to the CEO.
