An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Actively establish strategic alliance with vendors and maintain an approved vendor list and price database.
Raise quotation requests (RFQ) to source and evaluate vendor offers in terms of quality, cost, and delivery
Execute general sourcing and price negotiations with the vendors.
Prepare contractual documentation and issue orders to vendors including change orders.
Monitor and expedite vendor progress and management of vendor change order and claims on nonperformance vendors.
Prepare reports on market trends, supply and demand, and status of orders and forecast payment schedules.
Coordinate with freight forwarder for packing, transport and shipment, import/export customs & duties and prepare shipping documents.
Analyze reports on market trends, supply and demand, and status of orders and forecast payment schedules.
Coordinate with logistics manager for shipments status.
Supervise site coordination with the project teams upon delivery of the goods.
Liaise extensively and support BD, S&M team to get competitive proposal (Commercial /Technical) for participated tenders.

Liaise extensively and support BD, S&M team to get competitive pricing during bidding stage for tenders.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Minimum Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or equivalent
Diploma in procurement or supply chain management advantageous
At least 5 years relevant experience in procurement for EPC companies handling M&E fabricators, subcontractors, vendors of rotary and static equipment, bulk material piping valves, control systems, electrical panels, and electrical cabling
In depth working knowledge on international practices for purchasing contracts and shipment protocol
International EPC contractor background advantageous
Excellent communication skills
Good negotiation skills with vendors and dynamic, strong vendor networks
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good level in spoken and written English
Regular meetings with vendors and potential travels to project sites
