Construction နှင့် Renovation Projects များအတွက် Drawing များကို အခြေခံ၍ Material Quantity နှင့် Labour Quantity များ တွက်ချက်ခြင်း။ Prepare cost breakdowns, quotations, tender documents and variation orders. Site မှ Actual Quantity များကို စစ်ဆေးတိုင်းတာပြီး BOQ နှင့် နှိုင်းယှဉ်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။ Monitor project costs, material usage and budget variations to support effective cost control. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement Team and Subcontractors regarding quantities, costs and work progress. စီမံကိန်းတစ်ခုချင်းစီအတွက် Material Wastage နှင့် Unnecessary Costs များ လျှော့ချနိုင်ရန် အကြံပြုဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ Prepare regular quantity and cost reports for management review.
